• Took the product from a blank slate to a multi-module platform, designing the database schema, core APIs, and foundation services that every feature has been built on top of since.
• Architected and shipped major modules end-to-end — Social Feed, Events, Library, and Chat — owning database design, API contracts, real-time behavior, and integration with the frontend.
• Built an AI-driven recommendation system for the Social Feed that personalizes content per user based on engagement signals and content embeddings, replacing the original chronological feed.
• Designed and shipped an AI-based content moderation pipeline that auto-flags and routes user-generated content (text and media), removing a manual moderation bottleneck.
• Optimized hot-path APIs with Redis caching, query tuning, and cutting redundant database load on the highest-traffic endpoints.
• Built a full white-labeling system allowing the product to be re-skinned per tenant — theming, branding, and configurable feature flags — without code forks.
• Designed a chat store / messaging layer with real-time delivery, message persistence, and read state — including the data model and the React-side state management.
• Promoted to Tech Lead and later took on Project Manager responsibilities for a team of 3–6 engineers: scoping work, breaking down epics, running sprints, reviewing PRs, mentoring juniors, and reporting progress to product and leadership — while continuing to ship features hands-on.

• Owned client-facing scoping for multiple products — converting unclear requirements into deliverable specs, estimating effort, and shipping features that matched stakeholder expectations on first delivery.
• Built Forwarder Match-Making platform end-to-end as a full stack engineer — designing data models, APIs, and the React frontend that connected forwarders with relevant opportunities.
• Developed ERP modules in React.js for an enterprise client — building dashboards, data-heavy tables, and forms tied to an API integration.

• Integrated payments and subscription billing into an existing platform — including plan management, recurring billing flows, webhooks, and edge cases like upgrades, downgrades, and failed payments.
• Built small single-page applications end-to-end, from setup to delivery.

• End-to-end autonomous procurement platform where two independently deployed multi-agent systems negotiate, decide, and execute purchase workflows over the A2A protocol — built on Google ADK and Vertex AI Agent Engine.
• Developed the full stack — FastAPI + WebSocket backend, Next.js UI, Firestore audit trail, and Cloud Run / Vertex AI Agent Engine deployment — with human-in-the-loop approval gates for PO, GRN, and completion.
